Target dress finds under $30!! I ran into Target yesterday to get 3 things and got majorly sidetracked in the dress section! So impressed with how many cute styles they have right now! Rounded up all my favorites below! The white ruffled dress also came in an adorable blue gingham in the store (couldn’t find it online right now) but it was super cute.
